Returning Your Old Toilet
Exchanges and Returns
If you obtain toilet(s) on our distribution event(s) and find missing or broken parts, please bring your paperwork, and the tank (or bowl) in its original box, so that you can get a replacement part.
If you desire to return your new toilet, for whatever reason, please bring your paperwork, the tank(s) and the bowl(s) in their original boxes.
